Ross' Jamaica Lime Juice

Anybody familiar with this bottle? Picked it up at a thrift store years ago for next to nothing, and have yet to see another, not that that means anything. Common, scarce, worth cleaning or don't bother? Height 11⅞", diameter 2⅞". Two-piece mold, very slight whittle.

Never seen one.

Wonder if your bottle might be from the same company that produced the "Ross Belfast Ginger Ale" round bottom soda? Just one of their products that didn't sell very well. Anyway, I think it's a neat bottle. I agree with Roy....if it was mine I'd get it tumbled. Your Lime Juice bottle is the only one I've ever seen.

I think i actually prefer some bottles this way rather than cleaned and clear. Its beautiful. It just reflects light differently and has a mood to it

What a great description, has a mood to it, I love it... I like to think every bottle has a story to tell. I would say Sandchip's bottle has a mood to it and a story to tell for sure. I would most likely tumble it but tumbled or not tumbled its still a nice find...

There's a guy in here that charges $150 to tumble Bottles. Would that Bottle be worth a $150 Tumble?

Wow.... that would certainly change the way I think about tumbling.
I built my tumbler and it has a $10 hutch in it spinning right now. If I had to pay $150 for each bottle I wouldn't be tumbling anything...

Never seen that one before, I'm guessing that it's not related to Ross's Ginger Ale and possibly wasn't even owned by a person called Ross. I suspect it was a knockoff of the extremely popular Rose's Lime Juice which still exists today.
