My farmer friend Dave is giving this old barn to the amish for tearing it down. He let me do some salvage too.

There was a Hayner whisky, some cokes and a milk crock that is now a jigsaw puzzle. It was recently broke[:eek:], I searched the shed/barn before and never saw it. Anyway I got three of these strap hung doors and the pintles.

Other salvaged stuff from today, a couple wooden water pipes, crates, a grindstone, and a sled.

abandoned building salvage is a lot of fun, especially when you have full permission. That salmon crate looks quite early. Those hand made hinges are nice, I used a set of those to rebuild the door on my back shed/summer kitchen.
