I was just browsing my local book shop and spotted this 400 plus page hardcover bottle book
"Antique Glass Bottles, their history and evolution 1500-1850 by Willy Van den Bossche.
A great photo book for only 14.00.

I checked online and if I wanted to buy it now it would cost anywhere from $100-200 online that is.

Hello Dabeel, That looks like a newer issue than mine. I bought mine directly from Mr Van den Bossche many years ago. It is a fantastic collection of bottle history and requires a lot of study to absorb all the information. You were lucky to get it for that price. I know my copy cost around the $ 100 amount. I paid 120. after shipping Doug it is a good book a must read.

It's a nice one! [;)] I'll be glad when they all go digital. I've been spoiled and learned to keep just a few good ones for the coffee table.
