Seeking 1980 Smirnoff de Czar Bottle

I am looking for this bottle
Bottle is clear and about thirteen inches tall.
Smirnoff released "de Czar" in 1980 in a bottle that was a replica of an 1800's Russian Vodka Bottle.
It was discontinued in 1982 so there should be at least a few empties around somewhere.
I don't care if the label is attatched or not, just want the bottle WITH Cap is preferrable but will take it without.
