These 2 beer or ale bottles were found in Virginia over the past 50 years. The tall one is 8 1/4" tall, the smaller one is 7 3/4" tall. Very crude hand-tooled mouthpiece on each.
These 3 bottles were dug in Virginia over the past 50 years. The smaller green ale bottles is very clean and smooth, but may not date to the Civil War era. The color of this bottle is unusual, and part of the original cork is still in it.
