found this on the weekend , was in a small but older dumping I had found along a road in a rural area . not sure of the age of the dump could of been from 1890's - 1900's . or earlier

not really familiar with this bottle or seen one before , not sure if its a Canadian company or from somewhere else ?

only have a shard from the bottle but looked online and couldn't find the exact bottle but would assume it was an aqua coloured corked bottle originally

just searched this site too and nothing comes up , is a picture of an old add that comes up on google . might be related for a hooflands german tonic water , seems to have been some sort of cure all tonic made before the 1900's

I've seen Hoofland's German Bitters and Hoofland's German Tonic bottles from Philly. Not sure if it is same company though. If it is this could be a super rare Hoofland's bottle varient and this might even be the only documented shard of one.

does seem like its an uncommon variation , not familiar enough with Hoofland's or there bottles though .

found it along a wooded roadway , broken and lying on the surface in a small dumping , like someone else had found it years ago and just left it there

All Hoofland's products show up in Canada, particularly Ontario, because a Toronto-based firm imported the line from Philadelphia.
