Nice bottle. Given that tooled lip finish, I'd venture it is a 1890's-to-1910 era bottle assuming it was made and recovered in North America. That's about all that I can interject. Some other forum member might have a name for the particular style.

Is there some specific information you seek? (The base just looks like the glass rippled as it chilled. If there is any manufacturer's markings there I can't discern them.)

K V 1 antiseptics 3 different sizes,one is still full.
K is for Kuhn mans last name who made poison bottle list.
V is for shape of bottle bottom.
T - triangle
O -oval
R- round
Etc.
Those are really nice .
