Went digging with my friend at his property yesterday. It was going pretty well but then some outstanding non-bottle finds came out of the hole.

Here are the finds:
1930s social security card (I blocked the number) I will try to look up the owners.

1910s Ford Model T valve stem covers

Bottles:

Back from left to right:
One pint handled jug, The J.R. Watkins Co., amber whiskey with embossed roses, and a sunsweet juice bottle.

Front from left to right:
Lake Shore Honey jar, Hills Nose Drops, glass and copper silver plated salt shaker, blue porcelain radio insulator, Pinex, and BIM chemist.

Overall pretty good hunt. Lots more to dig and at the end of the dig I started to find some older things. I will return!

Thanks for reading,

If the social security card is from the 30's , I doubt the owners are still alive or looking for it at this point , certaintly an odd item to find as not typically something you'd throw out . maybe a temporary farm labourer or such left it behind and It was disposed of
