What gives it away to me is the thickness of the base. Crown tops can be found on a lot of different things and the size isn't a perfect indicator, but there was little point in using thick glass like that unless it was for a contents which was under pressure. That crown top is an indicator it was for carbonated beverages. That was a common size for soda also. I would bet 20 to 1 for soda, but I did make a mistake once.
Nice analysis. Thank you! What gives it away to me is the thickness of the base. Crown tops can be found on a lot of different things and the size isn't a perfect indicator, but there was little point in using thick glass like that unless it was for a contents which was under pressure.
Then you need to see this!It looks similar to a Keck's Big Stick bottle. Shaped like a little ball bat. But theirs were only clear, as far as I know.
Yes, but it’s hard to read. Looks like ‘Hi Yum’, up on neck. Written in that Chinese font.I assume it's a soda, looks like it's designed to hold something carbonated so I don't know what else it would be. Does it not have any name on it?
Do you realize how rare those green bottles are!? I have a green Keck's ACL but I've never seen embossed ones! Then you need to see this!
And they are MINT! I paid for them though. I used to find all sorts of nice ones on eBay, but that’s getter harder to do all the time. Having said that, there was a ’small’ one on there the other day. It sold for around $40, but wasn’t the best. If you like embossed, check these out.Do you realize how rare those green bottles are!?
