Some New Stuff From Last Night's Club Meeting

Picked up some really nice bottles at last nights meeting. Its really great having everyone know what your looking for and holding onto and bringing bottles you may be interested in. That is how I got a couple of these. First up is a pair of RARE Baltimore steamers. The one on the left is C.W. Cooke Balto, MD. The C.W. Cooke bottles are almost always seen with a maltese cross motif in the plate and this variation with "Registered" is a very scarce variation. I have only seen 2 others. The second one is a C.L. May Baltimore, MD with a neat bow and arrow motif which is very scarce. They are typically found with crossed American flags in the plate which is common but this variation with the bow and arrow is rare. This one is even dated 1889 on the bottom.

Here is yet another scarce Baltimore steamer. W.J.B. Shanks Baltimore, MD with an arrow in the plate. I have actually never seen this variant that just has the initials rather than saying "William J.B. Shanks" A very odd and scarce variant. Also a common Baltimore hutch.

Some milks. How many 1934 ACL milks do you see? Not many, it is certainly very early for an ACL milk and was a nice find even without the paint. It is from the Biemiller's Dairy of Baltimore, MD. Also a pint Green Spring Dairy that I didn't have and a nice Kolb's Dairy Products pint from Baltimore that I got off ebay this past week.

A common Ellicott City pharmacy bottle with poor paint and a pair of stone ink wells. Thats everything I got, I love having a club that I can find some stuff to add to my collection every meeting!
