Anybody know a date on this squibb cant find one anywhere. Is this a bad bottle off production? Real weird.

Looks like 50s or 60s, I think the neck was to make it easier to hold. I think Squibb was mineral oil, so maybe to make the bottle easier to hold if it got oil on it? Not sure, never seen one like that before.
