Being from Chicago , I immediately thought great a Falstaff bottle top wrong. The Gray part is just a covering which I believe is lead and even though it's rusted really bad you would think a magnet would stick to something but nothing .
It is what it is it has those three points on it, to the right of the rusted one on the bottom it does say trademark, to the left it looks like RAO not reg. Posted it a couple years ago maybe somebody ran across it in the meantime.
