Here's one more for the forum, before I turn in for the night....I've got an early morning.
This 3" in diameter black & white lid sports a lion that looks more like a cuddly Pekingese dog then a lion.....none the less, T.H. Peters chose this image for his Lion's Pomade. The product was put up in Philadelphia at 182 Chesnut St. It further boasts as being of " the late firm of Jules Hauel & Co".
I have both pot & lid....a very nice couple.....It is my experience that this is a very hard pot & lid to aquire....[
