This probably the most iconic quart bottle from Orange Crush being it's an ACL and it features Crushy!

Is it true that this bottle was produced in only one year? 1956 or sometime around that time.
This is a very pricy bottle to buy. One sold at auction recently for over $600.

Yes very pricy... north of 600usd or 900cad is about the going rate for ones in this condition.
So by 1955 they had introduced the Mae West bottle, 1956 would be incorrect, I've never heard that they were only produced for one year.
Frustrating fact is this bottle has the Dominion mark but no date code, advertising shows this label as late as 1945 in the 10oz bottle.

I believe Miller and Miller Auctions will have one in their next auction. This is a high end auction and usually features collections being sold.
I believe they will have it for a late April or early May auction as I saw the bottle in the back room while at their facility recently. I will be intrigued to watch it on auction day. Here is the link to the auction company. http://live.millerandmillerauctions.com/

I've definitely never found a 30 oz before and don't think I've seen one in person either , very hard one to find

Beautiful and rare bottle.... There is another ACL version of this bottle without the Mr.Crushy figure.... and perhaps the most uncommon or rare version is the French version of this bottle. (pictures from my book). The English and French never appeared on the same ACL together. The bottle referred to as being produced in 1956-57 only was the amber, Mae West... which had English and French on the same label (picture from my book). This bottle - the price ranges in my book from 2016 - is very expensive and even more rare.
