The Spirit Of Digging

I'm relatively sure that many of us would rather be in a dump digging than in a department store. Our hands are always dirty, the clothes washer is always working, and we're constantly digging out the grime from under our nails. We think that bug spray is potpourri, hard clay is evil, and rust and ash are blessings. When many of us leave the house we're not looking our best, we fill up our vehicles with garden tools and buckets, hike for God knows how long carrying the tools and hope nobody calls the police on us because we're suspicious looking. But there is that unrelenting drive to find the Holy Grail in a heap of discarded trash. In that regard, if you have read this entire post, you're a helpless bottle hunter and deserve some recognition. So, I have posted some pics of a bottle, A NYC blob top beer bottle to be exact, that I will be given to the first person who replies and receive this bottle as a gift from the Slugplates.
