Oh, I already know that but a couple cocktails and a few blue bottles that's close enough.

Put them in order of how tall they are, with the tallest in the left end of the group, or in the center of the group. At least that way, the collection will appeal to the eye, even if not to knowledge. You could also group them by bottle-closure type, too.
