Dug this near the bottle posted earlier. Concentric circles/wavy feel and interesting free hand/crude top. Any idea about dating or type of bottle appreciated.

It's a continental European wine bottle, but hard for me to say more than that. I'd date it by what you found around it, as these things can be pretty tough to date. The Europeans were much slower to adopt modern bottle-making techniques than the Americans were and continued making fairly crude bottles well into the 20th century.

I've found a couple of those in the creek through the years and agree with Canadian on it. Not worth much, but it's beats coming home empty-handed and makes a nice display piece. Here's one of mine (center) with some of my other slicksters.
