Two bourbon 4" tumblers found inside one another on River

I'm trying to date these two beautiful glasses found the other day. Many items in this area are from the 30's. These are regular glass but seem well made. Here in CT

What is the symbol on the bottom? I keep on finding it.

H A stands for Hazel Atlas Glass Company

For hazel atlas, I'd mainly say these would date between the 1920s and 1930s. Glasses like these were used for food products and doubled as drinking glasses when the product was used up.
