Any correction or insight into the manufacturers/vendors/consumers of these products is always welcome!


Thanks to @hemihampton Leon, I was able to dig one of his spots and pull out some of my coolest finds yet.

Finds (left to right, top down):
First Picture-
1. Copper Inlay Teacup. "M" on bottom. Broken and missing handle. I'm going to glue this back together.
2. 4 Various clear/purple olive/pickle jars. The one on the far right is embossed "Williams"
3. Aqua demijohn lip.
4. "Stone China" "A emblem" dish. Possibly used for soap?
5. C.P. Cols (?) clear cork med.
6. small triangular clear
7. 3vi/3iv cork med clear
8. Bromo seltzer cobalt
9. Larkin Soap Co. smaller clear
10. Foleys Hair Cream clear
11. Larkin Soap Co Large Clear

Second Picture-
1.Casket/Coffin Whiskey Generic clear
2. Bourbon/Whiskey (???) Generic Clear
3. Pumpkin seed generic clear
4. (???) no idea, possibly beer, green
5. Generic Cork med brown/amber
6. Horlicks malted milk clear
7. Generic amethyst flask

Strohs Pint crown top (I believe its a pint)

PH Kling Pint crown top (One of my favorites)

Koppitz Melchers quart blob top (The find of the day)


And by myself, I had a shallow dig and popped these beauties up:
Seventh Picture-
1. Brownatone (Kenton Pharma Co) cork top brown
2. Generic cork top with some sort of charcoal/ink inside, clear
3. Chas H Fletchers aqua and aqua green (?) castoria meds
4. Kemps Balsam aqua med
5. Generic brown/amber med
6. Generic Brown med with measurement marks
7. Goebel Aqua Crown Top
8. The Williams Bros Co. ketchup/sauce

Some nice finds, especially the Koppitz Quart Blob Beer. I think that Ketchup in last pic is from Detroit, Don't think I ever dug one of those with Williams name. Ketchups are usually found as slicks. LEON.

Thanks Leon. I forgot to mention that I dug the Koppitz and I believe the Kling as well from a hole you were working on. You have a natural magnet for finding good stuff . And thank you for letting me keep these finds; I don't look at them for their monetary value but rather their collectability and the memories associated with digging and finding old stuff:D
