Unknown Victoria Drug Store

Second of my posts of unknowns from the collection I purchased. I love this one because it has a huge barnacle attached. Does anyone know anything about the bottle? The bottle is around 5 1/2 inches in length. Thanks.

Hard to read the embossing, but from what I can make out I'm guessing it's the William Jackson mentioned here: https://victoriaheritagefoundation.ca/HReg/JamesB/Avalon619.html Since he died in 1890 that would make it a fairly early one for Vancouver Island and likely not too common.
