Unussual U.S HOSP DEPT on ebay

Hey guys,....U.S.A.Hospital bottles are really cool med related bottles with some great history. I remember Kelley's original post when he dug a group in one place...(Am I remembering right Gunsmoke?) I've always wanted to dig or find one for my collection but rarely see them around here. I know you didnt mean to imply it isnt authentic Matt.I just couldnt resist sh*ting on GreedBay.For a sought after bottle,it is rather plain to me,like a slick with ten letters on it.Historical yes,but not anymore so than other Civil War artifacts in my eyes.

Yeah Joe, me and one other guy dug 21 of them out of 7 different pits. It was our "Motherlode" I'ts what started my fasination and research on these historic bottles.

The ebay item looks original to me, but it also looks heavily tumbled. Maybe not, it's hard to tell from the photos.

The embossing is usually very weak and the surface on mine has no character also.
