Picked up a few bottles yesterday that was found under a old building. Here's some of them the best are a Dyersburg Tenn Embossed NuGrape (never seen one from there) Also a Orange Crush from Memphis that must have been a flavor bottle. And a scarce Jackson Tenn slug plated Chero. Also got a few others and some meds

Close up of the Orange Crush it has " O C B Co" around the middle between the X's also Orange Crush bottling Co on the heel edge around bottle. Bottom has Memphis Tenn on it. Must have been a flavor they put out in the 20's. 1st one I have seen.

Here's the Chero it's fairly rare. They also have a error version that has Jacksonville Tenn on it. Both are hard to get.

Digger, I am glad to see your posts again. I have enjoyed reading them with the awesome info, they contain about the local glass! I have owned the Jackson and Trenton Tn, versions of the slug plate Chero bottle. A Dyersburg collector told me the Jacksonville version was a Union City or Dyersburg Chero-cola offshoot for the actual town of Jacksonville between the two towns mentioned in Obion county. I have never been able to confirm that , even after a search of each town's period business directories. Jacksonville was a busy little town up until the 1930's, then dried up to nothing. Keep on posting! Dug a sack full of 1900-10's slick sodas and meds yesterday. Most of my finds lately are repeats , same ol' same old. My last purchase was this colored hutch type , R.M. Becker from Memphis.

The O-C bottle is a 6 ounce made in 1933 spiral embossed flutes with squares between. The bottle is valued at $25.00 to $50.00. I got this info from Michael Rosman book. I would love to own one if you want to sell it let me know.
