Ok fellas....sorry i cant figure how to post the pics in the text but I will try with links after the post.

I totally get where you are coming from about not wanting to get screwed..A little about me. My grandmother was a digger and loved the old glass. Mainly purples for her windows. When I got old enough and showed interest as a teen, she gave me all her amber as they were just collecting dust. I displayed for a while but lost interest and moved into metal detecting. I have a few old wiskeys from oregon and califinia that I use to put on my shelves but really lost inerest long ago. The hosp bottle was one of the ones she gave me. I know enough about bottles to get by but nothing like you all on this forum..Thats why I am here...when you need expert advise, go to the experts. I admit today is my first day here and that is why. I am not out to screw anybody but I totally understand the cautions. My grandmother was great at digging dumps and I even got to go with her a few times as a little fella. I will always and forever hold on to the bottles we found together as those are the sentimental ones...The boxes of ambers she gave me..well. They just arent the same.. not to be too sappy.. I wish I could tell you more about the hosp bottle but like I said...just dont know where or when she got it.

The bottle.
So the bottle is a really light amber..almost yellow green color..Hard to tell from photos. I know that any chips are like krytonite to superman and sadly this one has a very little chip about where the neck meets the body along a seam. Not big but I know it detracts. I took some pics but the lighting isnt that great...I will wait until I get some sun to get better pics but this is what I have as of now.

Im not tryin to start some bidding war or any kind of rift...I truely dont know how much to ask so that I why I came here. I intended to put it up on ebay but like I said the fees are crazy anymore and I just want a fair deal...Feel free to throw any ideas my way..THanks again yall.

Id think that a light chip on the mold seam isnt gonna detract much. Almost a manufacturers error.

Thanks for all the info and wisdom. Any ideas what I can get out of it.....I have seen them all over the board so if I can avoid the fees on ebay, I would be willing to sell here...
Thanks again

That is a nice Hosp. bottle. I already have one very similar so I am not interested in purchasing it either but if you would like to email me, I will give you my opinion of value as well.
