Van Dunck’s Figural Coachman “Bittersâ€
Figural Coachman “Bittersâ€: Van Dunck’s - Genever - Trade Mark - Ware & Schmitz; FANCY! Loaded with crudity, this tobacco amber example is a good one! the rich coloration passes back lighting but presents with good variations, the arms are notably lighter that the body, this example is nearly void of the high point case wear typically encountered on the coachman, crudely applied top, stretch marks swirl down the neck, heavy whittle on the reverse, a couple of pin-point nicks on the edge of the top and a tiny ice flake sliver are the only “excuses†present, the best one I’ve owned, $165~.
