Very weird looking bottle

I have no idea about this one. I believe it to be from 1930. The only idea I have is that it could have been is maybe something you light on fire. It is 6 sided.

It looks like it's possibly a hair bottle I've dug quite a few hair bottles some of them got that funny-looking Look to them its like a pour spout that's just my opinion

Yeah I've seen one of these before and the decoration on it makes me think that it's likely something to do with hair or otherwise cosmetic.
