There might be some sort of date code on the base. Tough to guess age based on the labels alone. The fact that Toronto is listed on the back of the Black Velvet bottle makes me think it might date to the 80s before their Toronto plant closed down, although they could have retained an office there later on so that's not a guarantee. The bottle looks pretty plausible for the 80s though. Since the Old Grand-Dad lists National Distillers on the label the bottle can be dated to no later than 1987, but based on the label design I think it's probably from around the 1970s or so.
If you post pictures of the tax stamps those will probably be quite useful for dating them.

Actually, there's a lot of useful info on this site. If the info is correct then the Black Velvet can be dated to before 1989 and the Old Grand-Dad can be dated to before 1980. The tax stamps should narrow it down more.
