Thats a neat one. Is that a lady or indian? Hard to see. That symbol on the bottom is odd. Printed 4 times around bottom. You even got the cap. No longer unsuccessful. Wish i could help more.

The symbol on the bottom is Chinese, something like good fortune. And the image on top is two figures, but I can't figure out what they are doing.
