So as far as I know this bottle did not contain Coca Cola at all but instead a different flavored drink? What year would this bottle date to? There are no markings on it anywhere. Would this bottle have been bottled and sold in Seattle or perhaps bottled and then shipped out elsewhere? If anyone can shed some light on this that would be great!!

Wow that's a pretty early one, looks like it'll date to around the turn of the 20th century. Much earlier than most flavour bottles I've seen. I assume it would have been sold in and around the Seattle area, there usually wasn't much wide distribution of soda in those days, it made returning the bottles too difficult.

That's pretty wild, tooled top and from that far out west. In great condition. That'll look great in a run of CC straightsides.

What approximate date could we put on this? 1890-1910? Or?

Best I can find is that the Coca-Cola bottling plant opened in Seattle in 1905.
