Does this symbol belong to? I thought it was a LAPP apparently it is not.

I don't know the company, I recently found something large like that and was told it's an electrical insulator

Looking at it again and again I think it is the LAPP upside down.

Lapp Insulator Co. in LeRoy, New York. It's an intertwined L and I (for Lapp Insulator) inside an oval. They're still in business today.

The gap in the oval and L in your first photo are a date code, indicating your insulator was produced in the 3rd quarter of 1924.

Thank you for the information and the date code. I had seen something about the date code before but was unsure on how to read it. Now that you pointed it out it makes sense.
