Looks old no markings on it very delicate looking but seems pretty strong and heavy

Maybe a creamer or syrup ?

Does the seam run all the way up thru the lip? And can we see the base? thx

That's a modern olive oil cruet. They are still made and I doubt it's any older than the 1980's.

the seam goes to the top of handle, stops just below the lip , bottom is swirled looking and has air bubbles,
Wife has olive oil in it already - keeping it I guess
