Found this today. Only has Owens-Illinois mark. No numbers on bottom or heel.

Top is all glass with a hole at the top for something to drip out of.

Hot sauce bottle maybe? Never seen a flask-shaped bottle with that sort of top, usually it's for some sort of sauce which you only want to drip out a little at a time.

I don't recognize the shape but have seen that sort of top on old Absorbine Jr. bottle
