What kind of bolltle is this??

Found this bottom of a bottle at an old dump. Just wondering what kind of bottle it is and how old? CS is embossed on the bottom and I havn't seen that before so any help is apprieciated.

The fishtail lettering like that was common on TOC milk bottles. Could be a pint.
