What the heck is this?

Hi. I'm new and was hoping someone could help me with this bottle. It is 18" tall and 45" around. It weighs a whopping 18lbs. Parts of the glass is smooth and parts are rippled. There are both large and small bubbles and some impurities in the glass. There are some scrapes on the bottom from use and a seam down two sides. I thought it was a DemiJohn but someone said its the wrong color (?). Someone else said its from HomeGoods. So I thought I'd come to the experts. Can anyone help?

Homegoods, Crate and Barrel or similar. Modern decorative piece. Great color though.
