Anytime I've found these size whiskey type bottles, they always have missing labels. This time I found this group under attic floorboards. I used a seven ounce Squirt for size comparison. I still have to clean them.

The bottles are Pre-Pro.

The first is 66 Whiskey by Ohio Brandy Distilling Company, Cleveland, Ohio and was in business from 1911 - 1919.

The second bottle is Crab Orchard, by Susquemac Distilling, Cincinnati, Ohio, in business 1908-1918.

The last looks like it says C & S Sons on the label, or maybe S & C Sons, but can't find anything on it. Anybody have a clue what company and where this one is from???

Bottles were found in Cleveland, Ohio.

These were with them, too.

Slivovitz is Slavic for "plum", so Plum Brandy.

The Saegertown is neat, the neck label advertises the Saegertown Inn. Says "Open All Year".

That 66 Whiskey has some great graphics on the label... it would probably do pretty well on Ebay if you were going to sell

Hey Rick,

Great finds, Sir. That "66" is absolutely killer! More photos, please.

I'd read this

as "C. S. & Sons," or perhaps "S.C. & Sons, and so far I've got no good search results...

Does my memory fail, or did you have another momentous under floorboard cache discovery in the not too distant past?
