Hi I have this old jug cobalt blue design with the raised parts of the design being black has writing underneath number 4300 and what looks like either U.S. or could be O.S. There seems to be a third letter but it is unreadable. I purchased the bottle here in Australia but have no idea on its history any info appreciated thanks.

Seems to be a little "fanciful" and in very good condition with all that raised work to be very old. But maybe....

It looks like it's from the 70s to me. Was probably always intended to be decorative and never held anything.

Looks modern. Appears to have been originally a water jug but someone later added the raised black decoration with the blue coloring. Just my thoughts. Number on bottom could be the mold number. US or OS could be artists initials?
