Wm Wolf pontiled medicine

I bought this today from an antique store in PA and despite my searching can’t locate much about a William wolf in that area. Any guesses as to the date or knowledge of this druggist?

I was able to locate an article on newspapers about a William Wolf who began to operate solo after his business partnership dissolved in 1850. Another article has an ad that states he can mix a type of balsam in 1859. New Berlin, PA
