World War II canteen and hobblescirts

This weekend I was able to find my first WW II canteen and a few more hobblescirts for my collection. I'm not sure what the S.M. Co. stands for. I'm guessing it was the manufacturer.

They were all surface finds. I was surprised the canteen was in such good shape. I'm thinking about buying some old wooden crates to display all of my hobblescirts.

I found a few coca cola bottles last week too , although found mine swimming , its amazing how many coca cola bottles are still out there , its been popular for a long time

Nice RCO! Swimming sure beats digging in the summer time. I try to keep all the coca cola bottles that I come across.

coke bottles are so common , I only keep 1923s but if I find early pat d's from small town there ok.
