Thought that was amber mixed with the teal, but it looks more like stains from the other pics[8D]

Beautiful bottle! The early Wheeling flasks are some of the best molds,IMO.

I think you're right about the stains. Here is their description of the color (no note about anything amber),

This emerald green bottle is as found condition from the late uncle's estate.

I think "as found" also roughly translates to 'dirty dirt deposits'.
