Yet another old bottle information request

I have a Hamilton Bottle, it is frosted and is just under 9 inches long.
On one side is written in simple raised letters IDRIS and on the other LONDON.

I have no camera (yes really) and apologise for not having a picture - it looks like many others I have seen on EBay.

Can anybody help with a rough dating of it.
