Radar Image of South Carolina Dump

Thanks Mike, found an older section of this dump that is on private property and working on permission. It hopefully will have some good bottles and other items. Will post some items hopefully soon. If I am ever in the Raleigh area I will contact you. Good hunting. Karl

Jim, They are similar; your fish finder uses sound waves that travel well in water. They actually reflect off the fish just like my radar reflects electromagnetic pulses off different types of material in the soil and the soil itself. If you look at the image I labeled the top of the dump and it...

Finally got my newly designed unit out in the field. It is much higher resolution and have been looking for this dump for a long time. Some purple glass on the surface and dug down a few inches and pulled out a few Dispensary tops. The big problem is the main dump is on the corner of a Park. The...

There never all dug out. Augusta has a lot more in the ground that people let on to. Will post some pictures of stuff from the 1890-1900 pit later today. Working on a new transmitter for the radar now.

The chartreuse John Ryan 1852 Ginger Ale is rarer than the Porter Ale. They are both nice, lots more in Augusta to dig........

Finally got my Ground Penetrating Radar out and found a nice privy in Augusta. These two were the best finds, John Ryan Porter Ale in a nice cobalt blue and a John Ryan Ginger Ale half round bottom in chartreuse.......

Arizona dig

Keep digging, get the Sanborn maps and start finding privies. I dug almost 100 when I lived in Arizona. This was one of my last from a 13 foot privy in Tucson right before I left 2 years ago. J.M. Wilkins Grocer Tucson A.T. "Arizona Territory" only one known to exist...... good luck
