Hi Collectors! I purchased this in RI and think it is the oldest piece I've ever found at a resale shop. It's free blown, sand base, rolled and gorgeous! I think it's a New Jersey piece, but any info. is appreciated. Happy Hunting!
I finally hit a spot old enough to find some amazing pontiled bottles. I've attached pics of an Eagle with Banner half pint, a Beard's Mineral water, and a Dyotteville Glass Works Cylinder, all dug in Boston, MA. Never give up!
Hi fellow diggers! I haven't posted for a while but I am back actively digging. I found this chunk of Codd( sorry, pics are not good) and brought it home for research. It says "H. Codd & Co. 25 Park Row", and I think the missing part said "Patented USA 1878". It also has No.72 in a star. I can't...
I'm an experienced digger, ready to get down and dirty. Pre 1900 digs preferred. Can travel most of New England, free until 4/27. Any weather, anywhere!

Hi, I am in Boston, and ready to dig! If you have a spot that's pre 1900, I would love to check it out. I am available 8/9-12, 25-31st, and 9/1-5 if you are doing any digging during that time let me know. I would reward you handsomely! Or just buy you a beer.

Hello! Long time no post. Here is one I picked up at a shop (usually I am a digger- they find me even when I am not digging!)I think it's Flint glass, 7 chambers, fired pontil, engraved with laurel and I.M. There are no seams, lots of inclusions, and the lip is fairly crude and applied. I've...
