Gay∙Ola Co. Question
I recently purchased a SS amber colored Gay∙Ola bottle, with Memphis Tenn. embossed on the back. I have been researching the company and have found reference to bottling plants in, (/ ONEIDA / NEW RIVER / SOUTH PITTSBURG/ OAKDALE/ HUNTSVILLE / CHATTANOOGA Tennessee...
Does this look like a $10,000 collection? Looks to be comprised of bottles you can pick up for a buck a piece! whats your opinion?

I have been thinking about starting to collect vintage Oil cans. Where do I began with that? Is there anything that I should start out with that every oil collector should have? and what are some things that I should beware or be aware of?
I have a SS Coke bottle and whats bothering me is that this bottle doesn't have a Manufacturers stamp on it, or anywhere for that matter. And along the bottom rim it says, ''This Bottle Not sold.''which I have never seen before on a SS bottle . Can someone please explain this bottle to me?
This is a coke bottle from 1916 or 1918. As you can tell this bottle has a light pink tint to it, my question is what mineral or chemical did the manufacturing plant use to turn it pink?
Over the last couple of years I have been looking for these mini- Coke bottles which are almost like the real thing, except they are miniature. They are glass with a mini coke metal cap and real Coca Cola inside. I was wondering why they made these? Where they just models so they could sell off...
