    Beginner Question - Price Guide?

Hello, this is a rookie question. I come from the insulator world, where we have a price guide that is generally accepted as the standard. I've been recommended the Red Book for jars. My question is, how do you determine the price of a bottle? So far, I've just been going with my gut. What do...

    Wagner Glass

As an insulator collector, this article focuses on the potential insulators manufactured by Cassius Alley and Henry Wagner. However, Wagner produced bottles, so I find it relevant to share here. This article was published in the April 2023 issue of Drip Points Magazine.

    W.G.Co. Bottle

I'm on the hunt for Wagner Glass Company bottles. I just got this one offline. I'm hoping this is Wagner, unless one of you can prove me otherwise. I outlined the base embossing in Sharpie as it was rather weak. The only other marking is "14 OZ" and a small capital "A" towards the bottom.

After finding glass shards in my garden, I started doing a little digging, and have found some very interesting things already. Most notable is a complete lid for a butter churning crock, and a spark plug I was able to date as pre-1930. I've found the bases to approximately eight Ball jars...

From insulators to bottles... a slippery slope

Hello all, my name is Cole King. I'm an insulator collector from Indiana. I have always been interested in "go-withs", i.e items made by insulator manufacturers, other than insulators. First, I started with Hemingray refrigerator bottles, then Hemingray ash trays, jars, etc. In the last few...
