Help w date & value of White House vinegar

Can’t seem to find one like this - square bottom/square handle - online. It has a pinkish hue which makes me think 20s-30s (manganese). Can anyone confirm that it is White House Vinegar as well as provide an approx date & value?

Not sure of bottle type or usage but that pawn mark on bottom is Capstan Glass Company, Connesville PA
