I recently bought this bottle, second hand. kind of decco style , circular, with flowers floating inside. cap seems to be wax sealed and has a ribbon wrapped around it with a flower attached. marked on bottom france, vca, 3. found one article that said "vca" is Verrerie Cristallerie d'Arques...

Inne Dispensables?? !!HELP!!

I also have had a Inne bottle for a long time, which I know nothing about. Please take a look at pics. 2. bottom , 1st line reads INNE underneath that, looked to me like CISPEN SABLES, but after googgling, may be dispensable? then the C may be a backward D. Sticker on bottle says Norman...
