I recently bought this bottle, second hand. kind of decco style , circular, with flowers floating inside. cap seems to be wax sealed and has a ribbon wrapped around it with a flower attached. marked on bottom france, vca, 3. found one article that said "vca" is Verrerie Cristallerie d'Arques. liquid inside looks like water, may be clear scent, not sure? rose water?
