    Sounds like it could be an English beer bottle. The R.B stands for Readfearn Brothers, a bottle manufacturer from Barnsley, England. As for some info about the bottler Geo Holt you could post a message on www.bottledigging.co.uk/phpBB2/portal.php and I am sure someone will help you out.
