Dating a 16-oz Coke Bottle

Hi, In response to an earlier thread I'd posted here regarding when Coke first sold its 16-oz (or pint-size) glass bottles, what I want to ask here now is can these glass bottles be dated in any way? Meaning, how old is the oldest 16-oz Coke bottle? Most sources point to 1960 being the test...

Coke Vending Machines - 16-oz Bottles

Were there any Coke vending machines (by Vendo and other companies) that had dispensed the 12-oz and 16-oz glass bottles (besides the once-common 6.5-oz bottles)? And if so, what had they looked like (in the '60s, '70s and '80s)? And would you actually have one in your possession? Thank you...
