    Pepsi Bottle Cap

It also seems that the script logo (with the exception of that one bottle cap) always had ":" or "=". When typed it almost always had a single dash.

I can't tell the color. So I think the earliest caps are the blue and...

1944 Royal Crown Cola Bottle with Missing Paper Label

I know this is the wrong thread but I found an LGW bottle that reads "3 LGW 3". The 3s are both so light I'm not able to get them to show up in a picture. Let me get a better camera and try again.

    Pepsi Bottle Cap

The orange cap from Winston-Salem says Bottling Co. The first orange cap listed says "PEPSI-COLA CORP. RICHMOND, VA.". That would put the Richmond cap 1923-1931. I have no idea about the Winston-Salem cap.

1944 Royal Crown Cola Bottle with Missing Paper Label

Ok. Read the whole thread. There is a picture of this bottle with a paper label but no explanation as to what this bottle is, or to why a paper label was still out there in the 40s. Did i miss something?Next, as to the older RC bottles and what appear to be older than 36 paper label RC...

    Pepsi Bottle Cap

I have to disagree about the orange cap. Richmond became the home of Pepsi after Bradham went bankrupt in the 20s. The cap say Pepsi Cola Corp, not Bottling Co, so it's referring to the home office. I think the the orange cap has to be from the 20s.

    Coca Cola Tray

I don't have a 1920 but I do have a 1916. The bottom of the tray reads (opposite Coca Cola Co.) Stelad Signs Passiac Sign Ware Co Passiac NJ. This is in the actual design just above the gold border. Yours looks legit to me but the wear and the HOLE would really detract from that $1000 price...

    Pepsi Bottle Cap

If memory serves (I should look this back up to be sure, but...) The orange cap is from the 20s -- about the time of the drum bottle. This is when Pepsi went bankrupt and was moved to Richmond, VA. I know the green caps were used on the peanut bottle (saw a picture of an old metal sign with...

1944 Royal Crown Cola Bottle with Missing Paper Label

I have the same bottle (a 40 though, not a 44) and have been looking for information on it for some time. I picked it up at an antique store in Braselton, GA about 2 years ago and have been able to find out nothing since buying it. Yours is the first I've seen other than mine. I thought RC...

12 oz hillbilly Mountain Dew.....washed most of the label off.....never knew!

From what I have seen the 12 oz bottles had the red neck, the 10 oz bottles had the white neck, and the red and white neck was on both. I had one with the white circle when I first started collecting in high school (late 70's) and have been looking to replace it ever since. If anyone has one...

    Coca Cola Bottles, Dating...

This is a centennial set from 1986. These were fairly limited and usually sell for $100-$150. Don't think $3 will get it but who knows.

Cokes lakes nugrape and double line sodas

The Double Line is a Double-Cola bottle. I have one from Knoxville that says Double-Cola Bottling Co. under the Seminole info. Mine is also full and has a Double-Cola bottle cap on it. I'll try to post a picture in a bit.
