Tumbling bottle with crack
The epoxy won't hold up to tumbling. One trick I learned was to completely fill the bottle with copper, and totally fill the outside with copper also. Sounds wrong with the extra weight, but it keeps the copper from sloshing & jarring the bottle. I tumbled a cathedral pickle this way with a hole...- justanolddigger

Well said, there is good & bad everywhere. My digging budding Tony & I just did a privy dig in a small Michigan town for their annual home tour. People buy tickets & get to go through houses, we pick a house & dig a privy while the tour is going on. Usually have about 300 people stop by & see...- justanolddigger

Has the inside of a bottle been tumbled?
Andy is a great guy & well respected. He generally over describes his stuff. If he thought it had been tumbled, he would have said so. I would contact him with your concerns, he will gladly help you out and answer your questions. I looked at the pics, it looks good to me....bill- justanolddigger
